Information, not diagnosis
The website provides general eye-health information. Online vision checks, simulations, colour and contrast checks and exercises are education or screening tools; they do not provide a medical diagnosis, spectacle prescription or treatment advice.
Urgent symptoms
Do not use an online tool to delay urgent care. Sudden loss of vision, new flashes or a sudden increase in floaters, a curtain or shadow in vision, serious eye injury or severe eye pain require prompt professional assessment.
Appointment requests
An appointment request sent by email becomes an appointment only after separate confirmation. Do not include a BSN, medical record or other sensitive health information in ordinary email.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep information clear and current, but screen settings, viewing distance, lighting and individual circumstances can affect online test results. External source links can change outside EyeDiagnos’ control.
Actual healthcare services
Separate terms may apply to actual healthcare services, including treatment, payment, cancellation, complaints and privacy. These must match the final legal entity and services and will be finalised before commercial public launch.
