What does this website process?
The current website uses no advertising or analytics platforms and does not write preferences to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Online vision checks and interactive tools run in the browser and do not send their results to EyeDiagnos.
Technical server logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error records. These logs may be needed for security, availability and troubleshooting. The final hosting provider and applicable retention periods will be added before public launch.
Email and appointment requests
The appointment form in this version does not submit data directly to an EyeDiagnos server. Submitting the form opens your own email application with the contact details you entered. Only when you choose to send that email is the content processed by your email provider and ours so we can reply or coordinate an appointment.
Do not send a BSN, medical record, images of medical documents or other sensitive health information by ordinary email.
